Objectives:

• To identify and locate states in which there is a relatively high Hispanic American population.
• To increase our understanding of the Hispanic culture and traditions.
• To motivate and challenge women to reach out in God's love to others.
• To engage in intentional activities that will help establish warm and caring relationships with Hispanics in our community.
• To enrich our lives and understand the many contributions Hispanics have nade.

Author Bio:
Melba Davila serves with her husband, Gilbert, at the First Church of God in Austin, TX.  She is a member of the Mujeres de la Iglesia de Dios, a Hispanic Ministry Initiative between Christian Women Connection and the Hispanic Concilio of the Church of God.
