Ministry Assistant Position
34 hr/PT Non-Exempt
The Ministry Assistant reports directly to the Ministry Coordinator. The primary job focus is to assist with the creation of all program materials – basic layout and design, writing assignments, proofreading, and working with committees and vendors. Other responsibilities include primary office assistance (file, fax, copy, collate, scan, mailings, and email) and secondary backup receptionist support. Christian Women Connection offers a limited benefits package for PT employees.
Requirements:
§ Some college preferred.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
§ Excellent phone etiquette, customer service, proofreading, and data entry skills
§ Positive attitude
§ Knowledge of Christian Women Connection ministry a plus.
